Serving a breaded, boneless chicken breast between two buttered buns is a seemingly simple idea--but it was a novelty for its time. Truett Cathy experimented for years at the Dwarf Grill in Hapeville, GA when in 1964, he finally arrived at the perfect recipe.
On that day, the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich was born. That capital A is on purpose – it means "grade A top quality". Truett's customers told him, "We like it, don't change it again." And they haven't.

Rachel's Tea House is an outreach ministry and organization that helps teen and single moms and their babies.
Rachel's Tea House was birthed in 2000, after the loss of one of Carolyn Cofield's daughters. Carolyn knows the pain of losing a child, but she also knows the healing power of God that moves you from pain to purpose, tragedy to triumph, grief to glory.
Rachel's Tea House opened as a Crisis Pregnancy Center in 2002 and expanded to a Maternity Home in 2006, housing over 60 girls and their babies. Rachel's Tea House transitioned to a Pregnancy Resource Center in 2012, a community outreach program offering mentoring, support and encouragement to young moms facing the challenges of teen and single parenting.

A professional photographer based out of the greater Kansas City metro and originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Since 2011, Jessica has been photographing premature babies with their families during their stays in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) here in the KC Metro, completely free of charge. The experience of meeting these families and hearing their stories has given her a unique and both heartwarming & heart wrenching perspective into a world very few know about. Having that work published and shared worldwide has shown that there are so many more NICU stories from around the world that need to be told.
